Tuition Fees


Full tuition package includes:
Tuition; co-curricular activities; English support class (EAL); residential/educational trips; textbooks, books and learning materials; examination fees; university counseling; meals: breakfast, lunch and snacks; capital fee; insurance according to Vietnamese law; and annual health check.


Tuition & Fees Policy


1. Full Tuition
The following are covered in the full tuition fee:

  • Tuition
  • Co-curricular activities
  • English support class (EAL)
  • Residential/educational trips
  • Textbooks, books and learning materials
  • Examination fees
  • University counseling
  • Meals: breakfast, lunch and snacks
  • Capital fee
  • Insurance according to Vietnamese law
  • Annual health check


 2. Security Deposit (Refundable)
A payment of 10% of the full year tuition is required as a Security Deposit when the child joins the school. This deposit will be refunded when the child leaves the school provided 60 calendar days notice is given in writing to the school.


3. Payment of Fees
Parents are liable for paying the tuition fees before the student enrolls. This responsibility belongs to the parents and cannot be authorized to another company or individual. TH School will issue an invoice in VNĐ, and all tuition fees must be paid in VNĐ, except in cases where the tuition fee is paid from overseas. In this case, the fee will be calculated according to the current exchange rate at the time of payment.

Parents can pay tuition fees in cash, via ATM card, or wire transfer according to the following information:

4. Payment Options
Tuition Fees are payable in advance. At the start of the school year, parents can choose one of two payment plans:

[a] Annual Tuition Fee
The Annual Tuition Fee, which is paid in full, is discounted by 10% compared to the Termly Tuition payment. To secure this discount, the Annual Tuition Fee must be paid in full by a specified date. Please speak to an admissions officer for details.

[b] Termly Tuition Fees
Term Tuition Fees are paid each term in advance by a specified date. Please speak to an admissions officer for details.


5. Late Payment Policy
All fees must be paid in advance. Students will not be allowed to attend classes until the school receives full payment. For outstanding/overdue invoices, a fee of 2% per month will be charged. If the fees are not paid on time, the school may allocate the vacant place to another student in the waiting list.


6. Non-Payment
The school reserves the right to refuse to accept a student into the school and may withhold the Security Deposit in the event of non-payment of tuition fees.


7. Family Discount
For families with more than one child at TH school, a 5% family discount is awarded on tuition fees for the second and 10% for the third child enrolled in the school.

8. Long-Term Enrollment
If students enroll in a whole course, tuition fees of the course will be deducted by 20% compared to the original fees. The fees will remain stable as of the date of payment regardless of later increases in school fees.


9. Late Enrollment
Late new enrollments are acceptable depending on availability and potential disruption to existing classes. Fees scale applied for late new enrollments are below:

10. Short Term Absence
The school will not offer discounts or fee waivers for short term absences from school. A specific written approval from the Principal is required for all cases of student absence.


11. Withdrawal During the Academic Year
Parents must inform the school in at least 60 calendar days prior to the child’s last day at school. Any refund is subject to the appropriate notice having been given. In such cases the school will refund a prorated portion of the Annual Tuition Fee based on the date of the last day at school. 

Provided appropriate notice was given, when a child withdraws during Term 1, a 50% discount will apply. When a child withdraws during Term 2, a 30% discount will apply. When a child withdraws during Term 3, no discount will apply.
