Assist Secondary Principal with day-to-day operations & support other departments
Areas of Responsibility
1. Administrative work
Translate text, documents and translate for Secondary Principal
Implement paperwork such as print, photo, draft text, store documents and records…
Arrange, prepare meetings for Secondary Principal, attend and record the minutes of the meeting.
Book air-ticket, car, taxi…and prepare paperwork for Secondary Principal to take on a business trip.
Join the business trip with Secondary Principal if required
Keep confidential the important information.
Prepare and update rotas for various events and ongoing duty rotas to facilitate the smooth running of the school
2. Make the reports:
Make the working plan and report weekly to Secondary Principal
To be responsible for assisting the Head teacher with all diary arrangements
Be active to update the information from other departments and report Secondary Principal if there is any problem
To oversee attendance, contacting parents and preparing reports linked to this.
3. Implement other works to support Secondary Principal in daily operating activities as required:
Act as first point of contact with the parents, receiving and passing on messages and making telephone calls as appropriate
To undertake typing and reprographic work as needed for the smooth running of the school.
To liaise with the admissions department to regarding student admissions, prepare correspondence and and enter admissions on the school server.
Receive and check all papers, documents and proposals of the Schools and get approval of Secondary Principal for them.
Undertake the organization of events, programs related to the TH School
Be willing to coordinate and support other departments to complete the work assigned.
Perform any other duties and working requirements of Secondary Principal
4. Support other departments in the execution of their job to ensure the smooth running of the school (Admin Department, Admission Department…)
Minimum Academic/Professional Qualification
Have working experience in secretary field
Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
